22Design Lab developed creative strategy, direction, and design for Shunkhlai's workplace safety campaign promoting their "Life-Saving 12 Rules." Our challenge was making critical safety regulations engaging and memorable rather than intimidating. Under "Safety Starts with You," we created a comprehensive visual system using Shunkhlai's brand colors with an approachable, bright campaign identity and distinctive logo. We designed 12 custom icons representing each safety rule, complemented by creative photography demonstrating real workplace scenarios and hand-drawn illustrations adding warmth and accessibility. Our multi-format approach—combining symbolic iconography, authentic photography, and illustrative elements—successfully transformed mandatory safety compliance into an employee-centered campaign emphasizing personal empowerment and collective responsibility for workplace wellbeing across Shunkhlai's operations.
